    Wish I knew how you kept the afang. Is it wrapped or kept in a plastic container? Would love to know how to preserve my afang this way rather than dry it.

      For the Afang, after cutting it you just blend it with very little water or pound it with mortar. Tie it in a plastic bag or freezer bag and freeze. That's all. Preferably you should tie them in little quantities. So you can just take a bag and use all of it when cooking instead defrosting a big bag just to get a little when you need it. :)
