Thank you dear!!!! For the Afang, after cutting it you just blend it with very little water or pound it with mortar. Tie it in a plastic bag or freezer bag and freeze. That's all. Preferably you should tie them in little quantities. So you can just take a bag and use all of it when cooking instead defrosting a big bag just to get a little when you need it. :)
